Patagoita
A province of Itsy-Bitsia, Patagoita is inhabited by several pygmy
tribes indigenous to it and the neighboring province of Zibaldo.
One of the locals' more unique customs is their ritual "rain
conga dance," performed in Patagoita each year to celebrate
the coming of the annual monsoon season. Several prancing pygmies
have displayed this interesting tribal custom at the Cape Suzette
Friendship Festival.
