Cape Suzette Aerodrome

The name of the Cape Suzette Aerodrome, a popular landmark
for fans of flying, may mislead some into thinking it is another
one of the city's airports. Far from that the Aerodrome
is the closest spectators come to having a stadium for athletes
and acrobats of the sky.
The grand coliseum of high-flying entertainment, Cape Suzette
Aerodrome plays host to air circuses, stunt teams, and aerobatic
troupes that tour the towns and territories of Usland. The
routines done by these groups vary in content new gimmicks
are added all the time to keep the show fresh. Some feature
wing-walking and formation flight; others specialize in intricate
maneuvers and dares of physics; others run stunt scenarios
with colored smoke and narrative commentary to heighten the
drama. Despite the obvious danger in flying planes so close
to thousands of people, safety is the prime concern
careful staging and meticulous choreography ensures that even
the riskiest-looking maneuvers are just "part of the
show."
Visiting air shows hold two or three shows daily, with matinee
performances between. Some stay on extended engagements, but
the majority of air circuses leave after a week for the next
town on their tour circuit.
